Mohan Raaj S ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") built Daily Milk Counter as a personal productivity app. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use Daily Milk Counter ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

Daily Milk Counter is designed with your privacy in mind. All data you enter — including dairy product entries, profiles, rates, quantities, and currency preferences — is stored locally on your device and synced privately through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.

We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no access to your data.

2. iCloud Sync

If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This data is:

• Stored in your private iCloud container
• Accessible only by you through your Apple ID
• Protected by Apple's security and encryption standards
• Not accessible by the Developer or any third party

You can manage or delete your iCloud data through your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud. For more information on how Apple handles iCloud data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time "Boost" tip to support development. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, billing details, or Apple ID credentials.

4. Data Storage

All app data is stored:

• Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• In your private iCloud account (if iCloud is enabled)

We do not operate any external servers or databases. Your data never leaves Apple's ecosystem.

5. Third-Party Services

Daily Milk Counter does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's CloudKit for iCloud sync and Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases — both operated by Apple Inc.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the App is safe for use by individuals of all ages.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control over your data at all times:

• Delete individual entries directly within the App
• Delete profiles and all associated data within the App
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device
• Delete iCloud data through Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
